Michelle is a principal data consultant on Forrester’s Customer Experience Index (CX Index™) team. The CX Index program helps clients understand the quality of their customer experience as it relates to loyalty, and it delivers actionable insights to improve customer experience and revenue. In her current role, she uses her expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and analysis to help clients transform CX insights into actionable recommendations that will contribute the most to top-line performance.

Previous Work Experience

Since joining Forrester in 2006, Michelle has specialized in client services by delivering value to clients across various industries through customized analysis and the application of Technographics® data.

Prior to her current role, Michelle worked as a principal data consultant responsible for scoping and managing solutions leveraging Technographics data as well as providing data analysis and deliverable creation for custom research projects. Prior to her custom research role, she worked on the Omnibus product and was a senior data advisor with Consumer Technographics. In both of those roles, she delivered value to clients of all industries, from 2006 to 2009, through customized analysis and application of rigorous survey design and methodology and data analysis and interpretation.

Education

Michelle has an M.S. in applied communication research from Boston University and a B.A. in communication from Regis College.
