Michelle is on Forrester's Data Insights team and works with the Technographics® product, consisting of data collection in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America and focusing on technology's effect on both consumer and business trends and demands. In her current role, she uses her expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and analysis to assist clients on custom projects and research studies.

Since joining Forrester in 2006, Michelle has specialized in client services by delivering value to consumer electronics, technology, media, advertising, and retail clients through customized analysis and application of Technographics data. Michelle has also worked on the Omnibus product, primarily advising clients on survey design.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to her current role, Michelle was a senior data advisor with Consumer Technographics. Prior to that, she worked with Forrester's custom consulting research team and as an assistant at CSP Associates, an aerospace and defense consulting firm.

Education

Michelle has an M.S. in applied communication research from Boston University and a B.A. in communication from Regis College.
