Michelle is a senior analytics consultant on Forrester Consulting’s Custom Analytics team. In her current role, she uses her expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and analysis to help clients interpret, determine, and visualize data insights.

Previous Work Experience

Since joining Forrester in 2006, Michelle has specialized in delivering value to clients across various industries through custom data analysis, the application of Forrester’s Technographics® data, and the application of the Customer Experience Index (CX Index™).

Prior to her current role, Michelle was on the CX Index team supporting data analysis and deliverable creation. She was also on the Custom Data Insights team, where she was responsible for scoping and managing solutions leveraging Technographics data as well as providing data analysis and deliverable creation for custom research projects. Prior to her custom research role, Michelle worked on the Omnibus product and was a senior data advisor with Consumer Technographics from 2006 to 2009. In both of those roles, she delivered value to clients through advising on survey design, data analysis, and data interpretation.

Education

Michelle has an MS in applied communication research from Boston University and a BA in communication from Regis College.
