Paul serves as Forrester's CMO executive partner, working with CMOs, senior-level marketing executives, and their teams to advance their major initiatives, with a special focus on creating customer-obsessed strategies that drive business growth. As a strategic advisor, he plays the role of "on-call expert" providing his clients with an objective, external viewpoint to tackle their toughest challenges and capitalize on market opportunities as quickly as possible.

Paul works across all of Forrester, bringing research, advisory, consulting, events, and data services together with his marketing expertise to provide the insights that CMOs need to successfully navigate and win in the age of the customer. Key challenge areas he helps CMOs confront include developing and implementing a customer-obsessed operating model; driving digital transformation and innovation; and constructing go-to-market digital and offline strategies based on customer insights.

Paul brings over 25 years of omnichannel marketing experience, spanning industries from consumer goods to financial services to consulting and from entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 50 companies. He is known for delivering profitable growth through consistent and authentic marketing principles while using the latest in digital techniques.

Paul has been recognized and rewarded in "The Impact Growth Awards," "Adams Hot Brand Awards," "2008 Market Watch Best New Product Award for SKYY Infusions," and The Wall Street Journal's 2014 B2B Marketing Team of the Year Award.

Previous Work Experience

Before joining Forrester, Paul held senior-level executive marketing positions at firms including Diageo, Campari, Colgate-Palmolive, Sara Lee, Marley Beverage Company, and Allianz; most recently, he was head of enterprise marketing at Bank of America’s Merchant Services division.

Education

Paul received his B.A. in economics from the College of the Holy Cross and his MBA from Northeastern University.
