    Stop Ignoring Vendor Risk

Reliance on new, innovative partners and an increasingly global supply chain means your business risk is more widely distributed and mostly out of your control. Whether it's damaging product quality issues, an embarrassing privacy breach, or failure to deliver on customer service demands, your partners’ mistakes directly impact your customers' experiences and perceptions of your brand. If you rely on suppliers for any substantial aspect of your business, it's likely only a matter of time before one of their big mistakes becomes your big brand nightmare. This session will provide an overview of key third party risks and the strategies that help you protect your firm as it becomes more globally and digitally connected. It will illustrate:

    • Why managing third party risk matters more for digital businesses.
    • The importance of action plans for managing supplier risk more effectively.
    • A case study review of an exceptional third party risk program and its extraordinary outcome.
