Sal contributes to Forrester’s research on internet-of-things (IoT) and device security, physical security, and identity and access management (IAM) technologies. In this role, Sal helps clients mitigate enterprise risk related to emerging technology, business continuity and resiliency, and environmental, social, and governance factors. His research also explores business technologies and strategies that help clients manage climate-related risks and opportunities and act on climate change mitigation and adaptation. Sal has contributed to the Harvard Business Review and the International Journal of Press and Politics.

Previous Work Experience

As a research associate on the security and risk (S&R) team, Sal conducted primary and secondary research for reports and consulting projects on a range of S&R topics. Prior to Forrester, he held research and project management positions at firms in private equity consulting, environmental sustainability, and public affairs.

Education

Sal holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) in political science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
