Sarah Musto is a Total Economic Impact (TEI) consultant for Forrester. Sarah has delivered multiple engagements that have ranged from $50 million to $5 billion clients and technologies ranging from traditional datacenter infrastructure to modern "as-a-service" applications and platforms. Sarah also works with end-user organizations to evaluate alternatives for upcoming technology decisions using the Total Economic Impact methodology. Sarah has been with Forrester for over five years.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester's TEI practice, Sarah was on Forrester's Business Technology Consulting team, where she helped companies address critical IT and business issues. Sarah coordinated internal and external resources, validated deliverables, and conducted primary and secondary research in support of Forrester analysts. Prior to joining Forrester's consulting arm, Sarah worked as a senior research associate on Forrester's Business Technology Futures research team. In this role, Sarah supported ten analysts who forecast the implications of new technologies for CIOs, and she led a team of research associates in proactively managing deliverables and implementing best practices.

Education

Sarah graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in finance and corporate reporting and analysis.
