Sujay is a vice president within the North America Strategy Consulting practice focused on helping organizations transform their digital and business technology agendas. He works with marketing, digital, and technology leaders across a variety of industries to help them develop strategies to better win, serve, and retain customers. Sujay's experience is around helping organizations establish their strategies related to digital customer experience, digital business/omnichannel, data and analytics (including business intelligence, data management, and data governance), customer service, customer relationship management, and vendor sourcing. Some of his clients include leading media and entertainment, high-tech, consumer product, financial services, healthcare, and government organizations.

Previous Work Experience

Sujay has extensive consulting experience in business and technology transformation engagements, including business process re-engineering, gap analysis, vendor selection, road map definition, and end-to-end SDLC implementations. Prior to joining Forrester, Sujay was a manager in Capgemini's Media & Entertainment practice, where he gained industry experience working with large media conglomerates, studios, and high-tech clients. In that role, his expertise spanned digital content distribution, digital asset management, content management, intellectual property rights management, B2C eCommerce, and consumer licensing.

Education

Sujay holds an M.S. in computer science from the University of Southern California (USC) and a B.E. in computer engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India.
