Sujay is a principal consultant within the business technology strategy (BTS) consulting practice. He provides research-based consulting services to Application Development & Delivery (AD&D) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) Professionals, helping them leverage Forrester's proprietary research and expertise to meet the ever-changing needs and expectations of their stakeholders. Sujay focuses on helping clients enhance and transform their digital customer experience, digital business, data management, business intelligence/analytics, and vendor sourcing capabilities. Some of his clients include leading media and entertainment, high-tech, consumer product, financial services, and government organizations.

Previous Work Experience

Sujay has extensive consulting experience in business and technology transformation engagements, including business process re-engineering, gap analysis, vendor selection, road map definition, and end-to-end SDLC implementations. Prior to joining Forrester, Sujay was a manager in Capgemini's Media & Entertainment practice, where he gained industry experience working with large media conglomerates, studios, and high-tech clients. In that role, his expertise spanned digital content distribution, digital asset management, content management, intellectual property rights management, B2C eCommerce, and consumer licensing.

Education

Sujay holds an M.S. in computer science from the University of Southern California (USC) and a B.E. in computer engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India.
