Prior to joining the consulting team, Sylvain joined Forrester in 2014 as an account development manager based in Paris. Prior to Forrester, Sylvain worked as a strategy consultant in Paris, where he participated in strategic change management and private equity due diligence projects in multiple industries. He also worked in the mobile telecommunication industry at Sony Mobile (UK), where he worked on eCRM programs, and Orange (France), where he worked on customer retention projects.

Education

Sylvain earned a master's in management (intercontinental track) from Edhec Business School in France. He also studied at Texas A&M University, Pace University (New York), and Central University Of Finance and Economics (Beijing, China).
