Tamara Schenk is a highly experienced sales enablement executive and thought leader with a special focus on a strategic and collaborative approach covering sales and the selling system.
Tamara’s focus, passion, and the special value she adds to organizations is to bridge between business strategy and execution, to connect the dots between portfolio-oriented go-to-market models and more seller- and buyer-relevant go-to-customer frameworks to drive organizational change and transformation to meet today's challenging result-oriented customer expectations.
Tamara’s mission is to change the view from inside-out to outside-in, changing mindsets from “I have to sell a product” to “I love to solve customer problems” based on a well-organized collaborative selling system to achieve growth, effectiveness, and efficiency targets as well as more value for customers.
Tamara has 20 years of professional experience covering business development, IT consulting, management and strategy consulting, strategy implementation, corporate program management, sales enablement, sales performance, sales effectiveness, sales efficiency, account segmentation, strategic account management, transformation and change management, as well as coaching.
Tamara worked on an international base with assignments and projects in Sweden, Belgium, the UK, and the US. Her industry experience is focused on energy, automotive, manufacturing, and ICT.
In 2005, she joined T-Systems at the corporate level as Head of Strategy Implementation; in 2009, she moved to lead T-Systems’ sales enablement initiative. She is currently in sales, global business operations as Vice President of Sales Enablement.
