Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Viraj worked as a senior analyst for a global market research firm, focusing mainly on analyzing and forecasting the macroeconomic environment in North America. Viraj also has previous research experience in the power/utilities and finance/insurance sectors.

Education

Viraj received his BA in economics from Siena College in Albany, New York.

    The Forrester Readiness Index (FRI) is a holistic assessment of the eCommerce landscape that provides insights for retailers' global expansion needs. The eCommerce index signifies the level of retail opportunity among countries over the next one to four years. It measures the impact of technological and behavioral influences, in conjunction with the revenue opportunity. The FRI for eCommerce evaluates 15 quantitative variables in 54 countries.
