Benjamin manages a team in the TEI practice. His business analyses cover services and technology vendors, partners, and buyers across myriad industries and domains. He specializes in building the business case for design and customer experience investments, such as design thinking, and technology modernization efforts. He also specializes in cross-functional offerings with Forrester’s market impact practice, embedding financial analysis within content marketing programs to help clients capture mindshare across channels.
