She also leads Forrester’s financial services practice globally with a focus on the impact of technology on customer behaviors and expectations and financial firms’ business models. Her team’s research encompasses designing and developing digital products and services, harnessing emerging technologies, and delivering personalized experiences. Oliwia’s own area of coverage includes digital transformation in financial services and sustainable finance.
