Reggie is vice president of Forrester’s consulting practice in Asia Pacific. Mr. Lau works with clients on the full journey of content creation and custom research — ideating impactful thought leadership themes; quantifying and articulating value; envisioning the actual campaign and goals; and reapplying primary data collected while creating marketing content to inform product R&D, enable sales effectiveness, and enter new markets. During his nine years at Forrester, Mr. Lau has adapted Forrester’s many different methodologies, including Total Economic Impact™ (TEI), to a wide array of content programs and different technologies, ranging from infrastructure and data center solutions to B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) social technologies.
