Sarah Musto is a principal consultant for Forrester. In this role, Sarah uses the TEI framework to create investment scenarios, financial models, and business case analyses for Technology Marketing and Technology Sales Enablement professionals at technology vendor companies. This includes conducting executive interviews with client stakeholders and client customers to assess the technology solution in terms of cost, benefit, risk, and future strategic flexibility. Sarah has delivered multiple engagements that have ranged from $50 million to $5 billion clients and technologies ranging from traditional datacenter infrastructure to modern "as-a-service" applications and platforms. Sarah also works with end-user organizations to evaluate alternatives for upcoming technology decisions using the Total Economic Impact methodology. Sarah has been with Forrester for over five years.
