Alicia is a senior program manager and team lead in Forrester’s Asia Pacific Consulting practice. She leads a team of program managers in the region to deliver advisory services to clients. She is also responsible for scoping, managing, and delivering custom projects that fall outside the advisory product scope. Beyond her role in advisory, she also supports the delivery of consulting projects.
