Alicia is a consultant in Forrester’s APAC Consulting practice, based in Singapore. She delivers client-focused solutions across areas such as digital transformation, cloud, risk management, and AI.​

In her role, Alicia leads and manages the delivery of diverse consulting engagements — including thought leadership development, business value case studies, and maturity assessments.​

Prior to this role, Alicia served as a senior program manager and team lead at Forrester, where she led a regional team of program managers in delivering advisory services. She also scoped, managed, and executed custom client projects.
