Aliona is a senior analytics consultant on Forrester Consulting’s custom analytics team. In her current role, she focuses on designing and analyzing custom surveys, building methodological frameworks for KPI measurement, as well as helping clients optimize their approach to gathering consumer insights at large.
Aliona covers both B2B and B2C research in the following areas: market sizing; consumer segmentation; customer experience measurement; brand positioning; optimizing go-to-market strategy; product development; voice of the customer maturity assessments; and others.
