Chris leads a team of operations managers and data specialists who develop survey instruments, manage fielding, lead data processing, and optimize data for the Forrester Analytics platform. He also orchestrates the coordination between Forrester's US-based and India-based operations teams to ensure high-quality data at scale for the global organization. The team's work supports Forrester's Customer Experience Index, Consumer Technographics, and Business Technographics products.
