As vice president in Forrester’s North America Strategy Consulting practice, Larry leads teams in applying a range of research, assessment, and collaborative design methodologies to help clients better understand their customers and optimize their organizations, processes, and investments to improve customer strategy and capitalize on market opportunities.
His focus areas include qualitative and quantitative research, market opportunity assessment, CX performance measurement and benchmarking, capability maturity assessment, vision creation and alignment, persona development, journey mapping, roadmapping, and business case development.
Larry has a particular interest in demonstrating quantifiable economic benefits from strategy initiatives and has developed measurement frameworks that link actions to business outcomes for clients in multiple industry sectors.
