Luca Son is a consultant with Forrester’s Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) practice. In this role, Luca works with Forrester’s clients to measure and articulate the business value and financial impact of technology investments. He produces case studies for technology decision-makers that combine primary research and Forrester’s data and analyst expertise to illustrate investment benefits, costs, flexibility, and risk. Luca works across a variety of industries and technology domains, including software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and security.
