Aurélie is a senior analyst in Forrester’s financial services practice. Her research concentrates on the impact of technology on customer behaviors and expectations and financial firms’ business models. Aurélie helps financial services executives develop and execute on strategy, deliver superior customer experiences, and digitally accelerate their business. She has a strong interest in helping firms embrace sustainability and develop their financial well-being strategy. She is based in the UK and has global coverage.

In addition to speaking at Forrester forums and events, Aurélie speaks regularly at global industry events, including the EFMA’s conferences and Finovate. She is a regular Forbes contributor and is often asked to comment on areas relevant to her research coverage for American Banker, Bloomberg, CNBC, the Financial Times, the Guardian, and Les Echos.

Previous Work Experience

Before joining Forrester, Aurélie spent four years working as a business development manager for the French banking group CM-CIC and the French Chamber of Commerce in the UK. Her role focused on producing market research and actionable insights to help corporate clients identify strategic business opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and set up partnerships to gain access to and expand into the UK market. 

Aurélie is a French national and is fluent in both French and English. She has substantial experience in working cross-culturally and is interested in how national culture affects both consumer behavior and businesses.

Education

Aurélie holds a BA and MA in English and American studies from the University of Bordeaux and graduated from the University of Cambridge with a PhD in literature.
