Previous Work Experience

Prior to this role, Brandon was a research associate on Forrester’s retail team, where he contributed to research around e-commerce technology, leading trends in the grocery industry, order management and drop ship technologies, and consumer shopping behavior.

Before joining Forrester, Brandon was a data journalist at Univision Communications before transitioning into a research role at Fathom Information Design. He then joined Harvard University’s Desirability Lab as a UX analytics research and teaching fellow where he contributed to research around psychological safety and innovation in the workplace and co-taught a course on human-centered design.

Education

Brandon holds a BA in psychology from the University of South Florida and an MA in journalism with a focus on data journalism from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
