Principal Analyst

Chad is a principal analyst on Forrester’s tech and innovation research team. He supports technology executives, such as chief information officers, chief digital officers, and chief technology officers, with strategic guidance and practical advice to advance their major initiatives. With a focus on future-fit strategies to drive growth and shared value, Chad's research covers top-level leadership issues including technology management, organizational and governance strategies, culture, innovation, and change management. Chad also works with clients and partners on the impact of emerging technologies such as AI and automation.

Previous Work Experience

Chad came to Forrester with more than 20 years of technology and management experience across a variety of sectors and geographies. As a practitioner, he has lived experience with the opportunities and challenges of delivering technology across the extended ecosystem, from remote field offices to the top of global headquarters environments. Chad’s professional and academic interests include issues related to sustainability, design, privacy, and security.

Education

Chad holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and received his undergraduate degree from Wabash College.
