Doug is vice president of product management for Forrester's research offerings for technology executives, security and risk leaders, and technology architecture and delivery leaders. He is responsible for delivering new products and enhancements that increase client value and improve the customer experience. Doug received Forrester's 2016 award for customer obsession.

Previous Work Experience

Previously at Forrester, Doug was vice president of Forrester’s solutions practice. He led a team of solutions and content marketing partners responsible for solving clients’ critical marketing, customer experience, and technology objectives. Before that, he was a principal analyst and research director of Forrester’s research team serving IT infrastructure and operations professionals, which researched and advised clients on cloud computing, mobility, and IT operations decisions. Doug was also the Global Council Manager of Forrester’s peer community for senior IT infrastructure and operations leaders.

Prior to Forrester, Doug lived and worked in Australia and France as the vice president of strategy and business development for Red Oxygen, a wireless communications startup.

Education

Doug holds a BS in finance from University of Colorado Boulder and was awarded the Undergraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial Excellence.
