Researcher

Elizabeth is a researcher on the enterprise architecture team. Her research focuses on strategies to help organizations — including commercial firms, government agencies, and smart cities — derive value from data and analytics. Specifically, she is interested in the role data leadership plays in developing a culture that embraces analytically driven decisions. For smart cities, she supports research on how technology and policy officials can develop a citizen-centric strategy that leverages current open data initiatives and new technologies to improve favorability, services, and operations.
