Isabel is an experienced European sales and marketing leader with an insatiable curiosity about how businesses can improve their B2B demand marketing efforts. With more than 25 years of experience at companies both large and small in roles ranging from marketing and sales to product leadership, Isabel brings a unique perspective to the need for marketing, sales, and product strategic alignment as an essential catalyst for business growth. Her responsibilities have spanned a wide range of activities including EMEA market strategy and planning, sales management, European demand generation, product marketing and management, analyst and media relations, and channel marketing.

Previous Work Experience

Isabel joined Forrester through the acquisition of SiriusDecisions. Prior to SiriusDecisions, she was senior vice president and managing director for Concur UK Enterprise, a leading provider of cloud-based integrated travel and expense management solutions helping businesses of 500 or more employees reduce spend and increase employee productivity while traveling.

Before stepping into that role, Isabel held the role of senior vice president and GM of EMEA at Concur, responsible for leading its continued growth and expansion across the region, as well as the role of VP of marketing for EMEA at Concur, focused on expanding Concur’s marketing function in the region. Under her leadership, Concur’s EMEA business grew sales by over 30% and increased pipeline generation efforts by 80%. Earlier in her career, Isabel held positions in marketing, product marketing, product management, and product development at companies such as Aspect Communications, Gridcom, Nortel, and GTE Government Systems.

Education

Isabel holds an MA in social and applied market research from the University of Westminster in London and a BA in electronic and computer engineering from George Mason University in Virginia.
