Liz is a vice president and principal consultant on the Total Economic Impact practice team. She leads a team of consultants focused on measuring and communicating the value of technology investments and initiatives for business leaders. Her team conducts primary quantitative and qualitative research and creates ROI business case studies, tools, and social media content to communicate the business value of investments. Her studies assess the costs, benefits, flexibility, and risk associated with specific investments. She frequently presents the findings through webinars, workshops, and speeches. Her consulting and research projects cover topics such as secure development life cycle platforms, mobile strategy and push marketing, omnichannel customer engagement, the business value of customer experience, enterprise social collaboration, and the value of business productivity platforms.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining the Total Economic Impact practice, Liz was a Forrester senior analyst and senior advisor. She conducted primary research on the issues and challenges facing CIOs and CMOs, including leadership in a global economy, collaboration among the C-suite, budgeting decision making, vendor management, and recruiting. Prior to Forrester, Liz worked for four technology startups in product marketing, content creation, and sales roles. She has also worked for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt publisher and has taught at the college level.

Education

Liz earned a BA from Yale College and an MA in higher and postsecondary education from the University of Michigan.
