Luis is a researcher on the eBusiness and channel strategy for financial services professionals team. His main body of research focuses on the future of digital experiences, the financial well-being and inclusion imperative, sustainable finance, and the impact of fintechs and digital disruptors in the financial services industry.

Previous Work Experience

Luis brings a wealth of multidisciplinary knowledge from his previous role at Forrester, having worked on topics as varied as core banking systems, changing customer attitudes toward sustainable retail, the impact of smart packaging materials in the supply chain, software negotiation, eProcurement, the use of Agile methodologies in app development, and the challenges of cultural change for digital transformation, among others. Prior to joining Forrester, Luis worked at the Financial Times and held a brief role in international shipping and logistics at CMA-CGM.

Education

Luis holds a BS in international business and marketing from ESCI-UPF and an MS in strategic marketing from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF). During his studies, he focused on bringing quantitative and qualitative methods from various industries to create predictive analytics and conduct market research to uncover customer behavior. He is fluent in Spanish and Catalan.
