Prior to her current role, Nicole was a research associate on Forrester’s retail team, where she contributed to the team’s research on e-commerce, omnichannel, brand manufacturers, digital payments, and retail technology trends. Nicole also collaborated on research covering the impact of conversational interfaces and emerging technologies on the retail industry.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with concentrations in marketing and psychology from the University of Richmond.
