Sal is a researcher on Forrester’s security and risk (S&R) team, specializing in environmental sustainability and climate action. His research helps business leaders adapt to the impacts of climate change and other environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, including corporate sustainability management, climate risk management, and the use of green technology to develop bold sustainability strategies that reduce emissions, drive growth, mitigate risk, and build trust with stakeholders.

Previous Work Experience

Sal was a research associate on the S&R team, supporting analysts on identity and access management, endpoint security, privacy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and corporate values. Prior to Forrester, Sal worked in project management and research roles at firms in private equity and public affairs. He has written articles for publications such as Harvard Business Review and published academic research in the International Journal of Press/Politics.

Education

Sal holds a BA (magna cum laude) in political science with a minor in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
