Previous Work Experience

Scott began his career as a web designer and quickly moved into digital marketing and e-commerce once he got hooked on the data capabilities. Over the past 20 years, he has held successful roles at multichannel retailers, brand manufacturers, and CPG companies. He also led an e-commerce strategy practice for over 100 retailers on the Kibo Commerce platform.

Education

Following his stint as a US Marine, Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in communication design from California State University, Chico and has been customer-obsessed ever since.
