Elinor's key topic areas include ITSM, the function of the service desk, and all related topics of the organization, culture, processes, metrics, and automation technologies.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to her current role, Elinor was an IT asset analyst at Bain Capital, where she helped create automation solutions such as a new IT asset management database and service catalog. She also worked as an account manager for Groupon Goods UK, where she managed the life cycle of eCommerce deals.


Elinor has an M.Sc. in management with a focus in technology strategy from the Cass Business School and a B.A. (Hons) in international relations from the University of Sussex.
