Chief People Officer
Sarah serves as Forrester’s chief people officer, responsible for elevating its employee experience (EX) and making Forrester’s people strategy a competitive advantage for the firm. Her areas of expertise include driving talent acquisition, learning and development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A), organizational design, M&A and change management, and executive coaching. She brings more than 25 years of global EX leadership experience across a variety of industries, with a focus on transforming businesses and building cultures to accelerate innovation and drive growth. Prior to joining Forrester, Sarah served as the chief human resources officer (CHRO) at RSA Security, where she oversaw the development and implementation of its human resources strategy and a successful carve-out from DELL Technologies. Prior to RSA, Sarah was the CHRO for Decision Resource Group, overseeing all aspects of human resources leading to its sale in 2020.
Sarah graduated from Williams College and holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
