We used our Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to evaluate the mobile banking offerings of six retail banks in India on 40 criteria. While most of the banks in the review provide a variety of transactional features for a range of devices, ICICI Bank provides the most comprehensive set, while DBS digibank pulls ahead on account/money management and service features. This report helps eBusiness professionals benchmark their own mobile banking capabilities, identify good practices, and develop improvements to their mobile banking services.
