Direct-to-consumer (DTC) disruptor brands are growth engines, capturing the imaginations of a new generation of consumers, creating new markets, and opening the M&A wallets of much larger competitors. DTCs’ growth depends on mastering the fine art of customer acquisition — that is, converting a virtual stranger to a paying customer. In this report, we reveal how more than 51 DTC startups drive initial discovery of their products and experiences; B2C marketers should use this report to identify new tactics for customer acquisition and growth.
