Previous Work Experience

Nigel's career spans 30 years in marketing, business, and technology leadership roles. After earning a first degree crossing computer science and business studies, Nigel dedicated his career to transforming business through technology. An early consulting client, Reebok UK, recruited Nigel to their executive board when he was just 26. While with Reebok, he pursued innovations in technology to help transform the company into the No. 1 sportswear company in the UK while simultaneously pioneering the offshore development model with the founders of Infosys. After acquiring the UK company, Reebok International recruited Nigel to help turnaround Reebok in the US. He moved from Reebok into marketing leadership at Radius Retail and Transatlantic Software before launching his first startup researching emerging internet retailing trends. Nigel joined Forrester as the general manager and practice leader of the Forrester Leadership Boards business in 2006, growing the business more than 300% in three years.

Nigel is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and he holds UK and US citizenships.

Education

Nigel holds a B.A. (Hons) in computing in business from the University of Huddersfield (UK) and an MBA with concentrations in marketing and international business from Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick (UK).
