Forrester evaluated the secure Web sites of the six largest Canadian banks — Bank of Montreal, CIBC, National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, and TD Canada Trust — using our Web Site User Experience and Functionality Benchmark (WSB) methodology. Thanks largely to a significant revamp of its user interface and the introduction of new personal finance functionality, Royal Bank of Canada, for the fourth year in a row, found itself at the head of the bank secure site class.
