Just how effective are mobile insurance apps and sites at meeting the needs of auto insurance customers? This report details the findings from Forrester's 2015 benchmark of the mobile offerings of leading US private passenger auto insurers. In this year's benchmark, we increased the number of insurers evaluated to 12, with the addition of American Family Insurance, Metropolitan Life Insurance (MetLife), and The Hartford Financial Services Group. This report will help digital insurance professionals benchmark their own capabilities while identifying good practices in mobile auto insurance.
