We used our Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to evaluate the mobile banking offerings of four large retail banks in Australia on 40 criteria. While all four make it easy for customers to access products and services, account information, and transactional features, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Westpac continue to lead the pack with innovative features and extensive cross-channel guidance. This report helps eBusiness and channel strategy execs plan digital banking strategy by benchmarking their own mobile banking capabilities, identifying good practices, and developing improvements to their mobile banking services.
