Summary

We used our Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to evaluate the mobile banking offerings of the five largest retail banks in the US. While all of the US banks meet customers' needs by delivering the basics of mobile banking, Bank of America pulled ahead of its peers this year.
