Summary
We used our 40-criteria based Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to evaluate the mobile banking offerings of three retail banks in Singapore: DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, and United Overseas Bank. While all three provide a variety of account information on a wide range of devices, DBS has emerged at the top with more extensive account and money management tools and marketing and sales features. This report helps eBusiness and channel strategy professionals benchmark their own mobile banking capabilities, identify good practices, and improve their mobile banking services.
