Today, business process management (BPM) excellence programs can choose from a variety of technology options to deliver process improvement across the enterprise. Forrester currently segments the BPM technology market into three broad product categories: BPM suites (BPMS), dynamic case management (DCM), and integration-centric BPM suites. Teams evaluating BPM technology often struggle to understand which category is best suited to meet their specific program's needs.
