In April 2020, we published a Forrester Wave™ evaluation of internet of things (IoT) consultancies and service providers in Asia Pacific (AP). We used 23 criteria to evaluate eight vendors. In this report, we compile the additional insights that clients engaging IoT consultancies shared with us during the evaluation process. Highlights include what drives buyers to select (or leave) a vendor, what the current state of IoT consultancies in AP is, and how clients looking for IoT consulting services should apply the Forrester Wave to their organization's specific needs and preferences.
