Since the onset of the pandemic, companies have taken their most aggressive role yet in ensuring the wellness of their employees. We believe that this elevated responsibility is permanent (or should be) for those companies that want to reap the benefits of a healthy, engaged workforce. Yet just 24% of US workers believe their employers are willing to invest in employee well-being. That must change: The most-well 25% of workers are consistently 2x to 3x higher than low-wellness workers in key work attitudes and behaviors.
