Many multinational corporations (MNCs) and local firms in China are planning to revamp their existing IT infrastructure to support the demands of rapid growth and the complex applications that can support it. However, they are finding that traditional hardware upgrades aren't enough and that they must now integrate infrastructure silos around servers, storage, and networking. Vendors like Cisco Systems, Dell, HP, Huawei, and IBM have offered converged infrastructure (CI) solutions for years, but we see many infrastructure and operations (I&O) teams in China taking greater notice of these solutions' benefits to address their growth requirements.
