Roei Ganzarski was appointed as the chief customer officer for Boeing's training and flight services in March 2007. Forrester interviewed Roei as part of an ongoing series to understand the role of a new type of executive that manages customer experience at the enterprise level, a position most often called the "chief customer officer." Boeing's training and flight services division aligns all global market and customer-facing resources under Roei, which amounts to about 80 staff members across the division's marketing, sales, business development, sales operations, communications, strategy, and customer service functions.
