Summary

In January 2007, Forrester surveyed enterprise architects, IT planners, and IT strategists to get their take on the current state of communication between enterprise architecture (EA) groups and initiatives in Europe and their stakeholders and internal clients. Our survey results show that EA groups: don't focus on communication enough; depend on ad hoc communication too much; and urgently need more structured and frequent means of communication.
