In Q3 2010, Forrester Research and the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) partnered to survey 1,461 business analysts (BAs), systems analysts, software requirements engineers, and leaders of groups that perform those functions. This report describes the results of that survey, coupled with analysis of responses compared to the similar survey conducted in Q2 2009.
