The global online population has more than doubled since 2005, but not all countries have reached saturated levels of online penetration. While the majority of consumers in the US, Europe, and metropolitan China regularly use PC Internet, online usage in Russia and metropolitan India trails behind. Globally, we see regional uptake variations in the computing devices that consumers use to connect to the Web already.
