In our recent Forrester Wave™ evaluation of source-to-contract (S2C) suites, we analyzed the 11 leading vendors. We identified the six sources of value from each module in an S2C suite and the issues and challenges that sourcing pros will face as their companies move through the six stages of implementation that correspond to these sources of value. In this report, we provide guidance on the factors to consider in choosing and implementing an S2C suite.
