Agile techniques create more software value for the business — more quickly than traditional methods. While development and operations (DevOps) accelerates Agile adoption, traditional estimation, sizing, project measurement, and budgeting hamper the adoption of Agile at scale. Application development and delivery (AD&D) leaders must apply Agile practices to those activities, or risk preventing their organizations from scaling Agile successfully.
