Traditional core banking is the natural enemy of true (i.e., end-to-end) digital banking transformation, while digital core banking is its closest friend. Until recently, digital core banking has almost exclusively been the territory of leading banks with large technology teams. This report shows how smaller banks can implement digital core banking and what application development and delivery (AD&D) teams can learn from them.
